Returns

We offer a full refund on all online purchases, returned within 14 days of delivery in the condition they were sold to you providing you obtain a returns authorisation number before sending. Authorisation numbers can be obtained by contacting customercare@weekendoffender.com or calling 01332 342068.

If a refund is payable to you, we will use the same method used by you to pay for your order within 30 days. We only refund postage on faulty or damaged goods. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We offer an exchange on all garments returned within 28 days.
